Are you the master of order in a world of chaos? A spreadsheet lover with a sixth sense for what’s in stock and what’s not? We’re on the hunt for an Inventory Controller to keep things ticking smoothly behind the scenes at our warehouse in Germiston.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, is always two steps ahead, and can spot a stock discrepancy from a mile away. You’ll be the go-to person for all things inventory - from receiving shipments to ensuring timely dispatch and everything in between.

You’ll report to: our Senior Warehouse Manager.

**What you'll do**:

- Keep the inventory process running like clockwork - from goods received to dispatch.
- Ensure accurate stock control and smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prioritise orders and help make sure urgent deliveries happen on time.
- Support the customer care team with any order-related queries or issues.
- Oversee internal stock movements and updates as needed.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Great attention to detail and an eye for spotting discrepancies.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Solid computer literacy — Excel is your best friend.
- Sharp communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field - but not a dealbreaker if you have strong experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse coordination, or a similar operational role.
