Key Responsibility Areas:

- Receiving stock from Suppliers
- Oversee Packing of pallets to George/Oudsthoorn/PE on weekly basis
- Orders - Place Stock item orders as well as stationary/cleaning products etc. with suppliers
- Planning and coordinating driver Trip Sheet
- Logistics with Suppliers regarding collection
- Assist Factory Shop with administrative duties for instance Quotations/ Head Office Invoices etc.
- Credit Applications
- Credit Note requests/follow up
- Implementation of new procedures
- Sourcing of new Suppliers
- Sourcing of new Stock as per management requests
- Consolidating stock counts, Liaising deals and distribution of stock
- Following up on outstanding Orders, outstanding supplier payments and providing relevant feedback to Managers
- Reporting on day-to-day basis
- Processing of stock onto relevant systems
- Purchase of electricity
- Weekly verification of Aged stock

- Understanding of the retail market
- Supply chain management
- Warehousing
- Inventory management
- Retail background would be advantageous
- Matric
- Speak, read and write English and Afrikaans fluently

Pay: R14 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
