Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Petrol Mechanic to service, maintain, and repair our vehicle fleet. Responsibilities include engine/gearbox overhauls, roadside assistance, and ensuring high-quality vehicles for our sales division.

Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
- Routine servicing and maintenance of petrol vehicles.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and engine/gearbox overhauls.
- Conduct daily safety checks to maintain a showroom-ready fleet.
- Roadside Assistance
- Provide efficient roadside assistance and towing as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on-site.
- Ensure excellent customer service and complete satisfaction forms.
- Fleet Quality Management
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and reliability standards for rental/sales.
- Perform inspections and quality checks.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Create job cards and log safety checks.
- Report recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Team Collaboration
- Work with the workshop manager, operations team, and quality controllers.
- Provide technical support to colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a petrol mechanic, preferably in fleet/rental.
- Proficiency in diagnostics, engine/gearbox overhauls, and repairs.
- Valid driver’s license (PDP preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to handle pressure.
