**Requirements**:

- Trade test certificate.
- Code EC 1 driving license.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in diesel and petrol driven motors.

Key Performance Areas
- Interprets and co-ordinates scheduled and planned maintenance

work and guides the activities of personnel.
- Completes internal transactional documentation (e.g. time sheets,

log sheet, completion of job cards, compilation of parts lists,
vehicle maintenance task lists and other related forms.
- Referring to work schedules and registers to re-prioritise such

schedules where necessary.
- Co-ordinates activities and sequences associated with

maintaining
the functionality of petrol / diesel driven vehicles and mechanical
plant conforming to manufacturers standards.
- Execute scheduled maintenance which includes the replacement

of parts, fluids, timing belt, brake components, filters including
adjustments (valves, timing, brakes, gear linkages, clutch etc)
and greasing.
- Co-ordinates activities/ sequences associated with trouble

shooting/ fault finding and repairing mechanical breakdowns

standards to salvage such parts where cost effective or replace
with new parts.
