Who we are looking for
We have an amazing opportunity for 20 sales champions to join our growing team in various areas in Gauteng and Western Cape for a 12 Month Contract.
We are looking for hands-on, customer-centric, target-driven individuals, who have a passion for sales and people.
This is not your normal Monday-to-Friday job. You will be required to work retail and social venues during the day and evening, total hours worked is 40 hours a week with 2 days off a week (Not likely a Saturday or Sunday).
Key responsibilities
Ensure sales targets are understood and met monthly
Ensure brilliant customer service is given to consumers
Build relationships with venue management
Weekly reporting
Handling own stock and elements
40 hours per week with two days off a week (Not Saturdays and Sundays)
**Requirements**:
Min 21 years (compulsory)
Male and Females.
Matric certificate (compulsory)
Drivers licence and own car (compulsory)
Smart phone (compulsory)
Strong sales experience and mentality
Must be a socialite, people’s person with a large network.
Good communication skills. Have the ability to engage with different types of people and connect with them on trends, current affairs, etc.
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand systems.
Passionate about customer service and sales
Ability to self-manage
Ability to send quality feedback and insights.
