**Job Purpose**:
Become a key driver of lead generation and sales conversion for our exciting property development projects. Play a crucial role in crafting compelling marketing strategies, engaging potential buyers, and ultimately exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to specific project profiles and target audiences.
- Craft engaging content (e.g., brochures, presentations, website copy) showcasing the unique value proposition of each project.
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analyse campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights**.**

**Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct effective buyer outreach through proactive prospecting and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations and property tours.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, highlighting project benefits and addressing buyer concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and purchase process.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, effectively managing their expectations and addressing concerns.
- Foster long-term relationships with buyers for potential future referrals.

**KPIs**:

- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Conversion rate of leads to appointments and sales.
- Total sales revenue generated from individual efforts.
- Customer satisfaction ratings collected through surveys or feedback mechanisms.
- Achievement of individual and team sales targets.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B or property marketing and sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information persuasively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, web analytics, social media platforms).
- Understanding of the property market and current trends.
- Passion for the property development industry and enthusiasm for selling exciting projects
