A position has become available in the Marketing Department at the Head Office, Cape Town for a Partnerships Marketing Coordinator.The incumbent will be responsible to implement the strategic vision and roadmap for Spur Group’s partner platforms such as ordering aggregators, B2B vouchering, partnership campaigns - providing support, driving sales, coordinating campaigns, brand awareness and brand building across numerous ecommerce channels and platforms.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Tertiary education, preferably in business / marketing / information technology or systems qualifications
- At least three years of working experience in the field of operational marketing, especially in ecommerce / digital / customer experience management
- Restaurant experience/understanding of Franchise Operations advantageous
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Confident in producing work across multiple platforms
- Systematic thinker and analytical in nature
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Accountable yet team orientated
- Be able to take initiative and follow through projects to completion

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **General**
- To assist the management, monitoring and reporting on partnership projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders - operations and marketing teams to identify and establish strategic priorities and ensure seamless digital customer and partner experiences.
- Work with, manage and identify online aggregators and B2B partners as necessary to meet Spur Group’s growth goals.
- **Customer, Market and Business Intelligence**
- Ensure sound understanding of major ordering and vouchering programmes in South Africa.
- Research and analyze best practices on existing ordering and vouchering platforms, online trends and technologies locally and internationally.
- Conduct periodic and quarterly store-based business reviews.
- **Vouchering Programme Operational Management**
- Liaise and assist with partners or suppliers to resolve any queries related to vouchering programmes.
- Develop and execute a product and marketing roadmap to advertise the vouchering platform.
- Researching and acquiring new partnerships.
- **Partnership campaigns / Aggregator / Ordering Operational Management**
- Campaign management - planning, execution, against targets and budgets with a clear focus on sales and reaching new customer markets.
- Campaign input - using insights and reports, present campaign ideas to improve performance and drive sales.
- Menu management - update, review, resupply, improve on platforms.
- Brief campaign - if required, support the brand team by managing the marketing of the campaign where applicable.
- Restaurant onboarding support.
- Operational support to brand team, ops and franchisees - with specific reference to resolving escalated queries.
- Supplier relationships - maintain healthy working relationships with the partner, with the intent to achieve mutually beneficial business growth.
- Drive and support ordering innovation for Spur Group franchise brands on the aggregator platforms.
- Support IT with integration project management and roll out plans.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**
- Reporting analysis - follow up on sales reports, set up sessions for reviews, analyze the data to make recommendations, work to improve the reporting systems.
- Ensure timeous submissions to Marketing Status Document, Operations meeting agenda and minutes as requested.
