Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Generating leads and sales for the company's products and services.
- Building relationships with prospects and customers over the phone.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Keeping accurate records of calls and sales activity.
- Upsell services and products to existing customers
- Developing relationships with dormant, active or VIP clients specifically to upsell
- When necessary, calling pre-qualified leads with a view to converting into active clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in outbound cold calling sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Motivated and results-driven.
- Must be able to work long shifts/shift hours
- Well spoken and overall well presented
- Extensive sales experience (retail sales, motor vehicle sales, insurance, etc)

Basic Salary R15 000

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
