- Gauteng- Reporting to Quality Supervisor- Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to sales orders specifications and order necessary process or assembly adjustments.- Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications- Compile and track NCR trends and work directly with Production to recommend and provide solutions to reduce NCR trends.- Validation of results according to drawings making use of calibration tools.- Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.- Inspect and sign off job cards with suppliers for outsourced services on busses.- Key performance areas:
- Quality Inspections- Workstation safety and quality- OEM / Client complains-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric + related technical qualification- Ability to pay attention to detail.- Be able to use computer, read, write and understand good English- Good communication skills- Highly motivated.- Team player.- Initiative.**What Qualification**
