- Gauteng- Job Purpose Performs inspections and tests on raw materials, in process and / or finished product, generation of quality control documentation and reports.May include external inspections at supplier premises. Job Function Conduct visual and dimensional product inspections as per departmental procedure and client request Conduct non - Destructive testing and check measuring and testing equipment comply with specifications. Monitor production process daily and investigate non -conformances and communication findings to the relevant personnel. Attend company meetings weekly and log incidents and innovations on Sheqsys as they arise Measure supplier rework and scrap monthly Implement OHSACT as per standard requirements and use PPE as required by legislation Ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirement as well as sound corporate governance Compile and approve Inspection Test Plans as per client request Compile product release documents and submit on time Internal and External audits are carried out as required Compile incident reports and send to the relevant personnel and compile and update Data Book and Quality Control Plans when necessary Compile and submit monthly reports on time Qualification Grade 12 Qualified Artisan /Quality control elated qualification advantageous 2 years relevant experience Requirements Technical Knowledge and skills Computer Literacy Safety awareness Quality orientation-
