**Role Overview**
We are seeking **Outbound Sales Agents** to support our growth by engaging directly with small business owners. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are hungry to learn, willing to put in the work, and serious about building a career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Distribute Tellurium marketing flyers to small business owners
- Introduce Tellurium’s services in a professional and confident manner
- Collect and submit qualified leads
- Build basic sales communication and relationship skills
- Meet and exceed agreed sales activity and lead-generation KPIs
