Outbound Sales Agents - Funeral Cover | Start - August 2025 | Parktown

Are you a driven sales agent with a track record in the insurance space? We are recruiting confident outbound sales professionals to join a growing funeral cover campaign based in Parktown. This is your chance to make real impact while earning what you’re worth.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- ** Call with purpose** - Contact leads and offer funeral policies that bring families peace of mind.
- ** Own the conversation** - Navigate sensitive topics with empathy while guiding clients to make informed choices.
- ** Hit your numbers** - Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets through persuasive and professional sales calls.
- ** Stay sharp** - Confidently explain policy benefits, structures, and options in line with FAIS and client needs.

**Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have**
- At least **1 year of outbound insurance sales** experience - **from a BPO call centre selling funeral cover**, or **from the short-term insurance industry**.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Matric (Grade 12) is required.
- Understanding of **policy structures**, **benefit payouts**, and **FAIS compliance**.
- ** RE5 certification** will be a strong advantage.

- Fluent and confident in English (a second South African language is a bonus)
- Calm and persuasive telephone manner
- Professional and compassionate when discussing sensitive topics
- Confident working on CRMs and call centre systems
