**Minimum qualifications and experience**
- Matric/Grade 12
- 1 to 2 years outbound call center experience
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Prior technology sales experience advantageous

**Skills and competencies**
- Proven experience as an outbound call centre agent or similar sales/customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to handle rejection and work well under pressure
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
- Build rapport with customers and create a positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer information into our CRM system
- Maintain knowledge of company products
- Adhere to call scripts and sales processes
- Handle customer objections and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

**Job Type**: Contract

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- outbound call center: 1 year (required)
- MS Office and CRM software: 1 year (required)
