Requirements:

- Grade 12 and a Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations or Diploma in Purchasing Management
- 3 years relevant experience in a related role within the food manufacturing environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide internal stakeholders in processes within internal limits and collaborate with initiators to compile specifications for RFQs/RFPs.
- Verify Purchase Requisitions against Quotations, process purchase orders in SAP, investigate discrepancies for timely delivery and payment, and expedite overdue orders while addressing incomplete deliveries.
- Create and process CAPEX orders in SAP, maintain and update CAPEX orders and databases, and reconcile CAPEX orders with invoices for part payments.
- Create contracts in SAP, maintain a comprehensive database, and provide detailed reports on all created contracts.
- Screen and evaluate contracts to ensure favorable terms, recommend changes to management prior to implementation, and effectively manage and maintain a comprehensive contract register.
- Issue pricing amendment letters to vendors, oversee general purchasing administration, and proficiently compile and analyze purchasing reports.
- Lead internal and external meetings, provide internal procurement activity training, and execute comprehensive internal procurement audits.
