Contracts Administration Officer

Job Summary
To support the contract management services to the project(s) through the effective compilation, evaluation, risk assessment, administration, and dispute resolution of contracts.
Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide contract administration services during the project life cycle and contract duration
- Advise as contract specialist for and on behalf of project managers and contracts management section
- Support contracts manager in contractor communication and performance management of contractors
- Participate and support the procurement process, evaluation and advice on procurement and contracting strategies
- Provide contract administration support and advice throughout the project, procurement, and contract lifecycle
- Communicate safety,health,environment,risk,quality(SHERQ) and technical contractual requirements
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification(s):
National Diploma in Built environment/Commerce/Human Science at NQF6 with 240
- Experience:
3 years related experience in Contracts/Administration/Engineering and Construction Contract/Project Administration
