Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and expedite the procurement of local parts
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance of the pricing platform
- Resolution of problems
- Ensuring all purchase orders are valid and current
- General office duties and administration
- Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers for the procurement of alternate goods in accordance with local procurement policies and procedures
- Handling of day-to-day purchase requests for spare parts
- Ensuring all purchase orders on the system are current and up to date
- Expediting open purchase orders
- Ensure Internal customers are kept up to date with ETA’s, supply delays etc.
- Resolving of supply queries regarding quality, over and under supply etc.
- Monitor Supplier performance and SLA’s
- Ensure the pricing platform is kept up to date with all variances between local and factory prices
- Ensure that all technical specifications are effectively communicated between Suppliers and Customers

**Competencies and Requirements**:

- Clear Communication.
- Relationship Management.
- Parts Knowledge.
- Minimum 4-5 years’ related experience.
- Diploma or bachelor’s in supply chain or related qualification.
