You will be reporting directly to the GM of the Company as well as the Director of the Company.

To manage and coordinate all administrative functions and staff-related activities within the Department as well as establish and maintain appropriate recording and reporting systems within the Department.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5-8 years of work experience

Based in Randburg, close proximity to the area

Own reliable vehicle

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain office support services

Supervise office staff

Maintain programme office records and efficiency

Manage office finance requirements

Facilitate regular meetings with support staff

Design, implement and maintain office policies

Maintain office equipment

Sales experience - 30%

Liaise with head office, agencies, suppliers and other organizations

Perform other office-related duties as and when required

Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Hands on experience with office machines

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills, observant and hands on at all times

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Monday to Friday, 08h00-17h00
