The main objective of this role is to guarantee the optimal performance, stability, and effectiveness of the organisational operational systems environment, which includes lease management, site management, tenant management, workforce management, customer relationship management, asset management, vendor management, ticketing, site security services, power as a service and project management systems.

This role drives operational efficiencies and enhances the company's overall management capabilities.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Operational Support Systems (OSS) modules, tools, and platforms specific to the tower industry.
- Problem-solving Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of complex technical issues related to tower industry-specific OSS systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts related to tower industry-specific OSS systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities, allowing for effective work within cross-functional teams and with external vendors.
- Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and evolving business requirements, ensuring the OSS landscape remains current and effective.
- Understanding of data management principles and practices, including data governance, data quality, and data security, specific to the tower industry.
- Experience in project management and change management, enabling successful implementation and adoption of tower industry-specific OSS-related initiatives.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Holding a high school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) is a prerequisite.
- Possessing a 3-year related qualification, such as a diploma or bachelor's degree, would be advantageous (preference for a BSC degree).
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated history of success in key outputs and disciplines, is essential.
