**Job Story**:
You will work directly with our team in the Johannesburg office, and be the day-to-day video editor, working on a variety of brands.

You will be the video editor on projects across a range of categories including finance, telco, tech and gaming, delivering work across a range of disciplines including social, content, influencer, B2B and brand design. Categories include short form content, localized video editing of global assets, to making dull corporate videos dynamic and appealing. You will work closely with creative and design leads to ensure concept through to execution is delivered with flawless results - on time and on budget.

You will need to be collaborative, curious, hardworking, entrepreneurial, detail driven and most importantly a great person (we only want to work with nice people).

**Responsibilities**:
The Video Editor will work closely with the production team, video producers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high quality video content that reflect branding priorities.
- Taking briefs from a variety of different business types
- Working on a variety of different types and styles of video content
- Adapting to shifting and evolving project requirements
- Collaborating with a team to create creatively brilliant, beautifully executed video content
- Managing relationships with a diverse list of critical stakeholders, from clients to freelancers and colleagues
- Working with people and building solid relationships with your colleagues and clients

**Skills & Experience**:
You will need to have an excellent command and understanding of the following software:

- Adobe Creative Suite
- After Effects
- Adobe Premier
- An understanding of Da Vinci resolve will be a bonus
