Pre-sales Specialist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of solutions across AWS, Azure, RPA, Intelligent Automation, and O365 platforms.
- Assist clients in defining their technical needs and align them with company offerings.
- Develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs with detailed solution designs.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure solutions are commercially viable.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in cloud services, automation tools, and software development frameworks.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing technical consultation.
- Train internal teams and customers on implemented solutions.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure cloud platforms, and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Proficiency in software development technologies: Python, React, Flutter, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Automation frameworks and O365 integration.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing engagements.
- Analytical mindset to solve complex technical challenges.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in implementing scalable cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of data integration via APIs and CRM tools.
- Certification in AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
