Job Description:
Sales / Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales / Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to sell and understand complex selling in the B2B environment, as well as be agile in adapting to obstacles that could stall a deal and find solutions around them. They must also be customer-focused and deadline-driven to achieve set targets.

- Opportunity identification
- Stakeholder management
- Creating and managing briefs from concept to completion
- Performance Reporting (commercial)
- Achievement of sales target, managing net revenue and results
- Collaborate and work effectively cross-functionally on each project to deliver the best outcome
- Take ownership of assigned accounts/channels and show sales growth in those accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in an account management and business development role managing blue-chip accounts
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of market research and ability to conduct it
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite applications
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Outcome-oriented, consistent, and methodical
- Effective communicator and people person
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
