A minimum of a B degree / Advanced Diploma, NQF 7 in accounting OR equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years experience in a pension administration environment; and
Extensive knowledge on Regulations pertaining to Pension Fund Administration
A minimum of three (3) years experience on a unitized pension fund administration system

Assisting with the daily operations within the division
Align and enhance daily and month end processes where required
Train staff on the functionality of a unitized pension administration system
Assist with testing of current and new developments and implementation to the production environment.

To supervise the sections administrative processes thereby ensuring adherence to relevant policies, legislation and regulations
To engage at varying levels of seniority with relevant stakeholders/clients, within the Group and external parties, displaying a service orientation in own work

To ensure adherence to controls and that work is performed independently within established practices, given processes, rules and regulations ensuring compliance with standards, policies and other guidelines

To supervise and review the calculations, accounting input and data captured by junior team members ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeous delivery
