**Department**: Operations Administrator (Retail and Banking)
**Position**: 2 × Administrators
**Contract**: Permanent

**Purpose of the Job**:

- Ensure Operations administration requirements are handled efficiently and on time.
- Log and resolve queries to maintain a professional working environment.

**Minimum Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric
- Previous administration experience (advantageous)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of in-house systems (advantageous)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer care at all times.
- Resolve queries/disputes immediately; escalate to manager if unresolved.
- Drop off reports on respective clients’ systems when required.
- Maintain all administrative controls and reports (e.g., Deceased, File Status Clean-up, Incorrect PTP, Payment Submission Report).
- Review and confirm client feedback at a detailed level.
- Process refunds for overpayments (upon request from admin).
- Assist in other business areas when necessary.
- Promote Daly culture by leading and demonstrating company values.

**Salary**: Ranging from R8000.00 to R11000.00

**Working Hours**:

- Alternating weeks:

- 07h00 - 15h45
- 07h30 - 17h00
- 1 × Saturday per month: 08h00 - 13h00
