**Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic team in Rosslyn.**

***
- **Direct the Maintenance resources, in defining technical specifications for new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities including leading the projects launches and production transfers.**
***:

- **Support continuous improvement efforts: propose and implement continuous productivity, efficiency, and quality improvement actions for the facility.**
***:

- **Ensure correct management of the Preventative & Corrective Maintenance of all Equipment, Building & Utilities.**
***:

- **Lead and generate QRCI to investigate quality concern cause by equipment or process.**
***:

- **Integrate ergonomics principles in product design and release and update the plant lay-out.**
***:

- **Support maintenance in the rout cause analysis in equipment failures.**
***:

- **Support ME Manager with design and implement process design and implementation by supporting continuous improvement and production through participation to the process specialist network.**
***:

- **Interface with BG Maintenance with the implementation of the Maintenance Roadmap & ICB compliance.**
***:

- **Ensure continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learnt and provide best practices using tools like; process productivity analysis, improvement action plans, production equipment performance, trouble shooting and problem solving process.**
***:

- **Authorized to stop the production line Ensure HSE are at all times adhered to.**
***

**Job Requirements**:
***
- **National Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent**
***:

- **Process engineering or a minimum of 5years of experience in manufacturing engineering for process specialist and experience in Injection Moulding.**
***:

- **Good technical skills on product and process.**
***:

- **Strong communication skills including English language.**
***:

- **International mindset.**
***:

- **Master the whole tasks and is able to synthesize them within a production line/shop floor**
