**Job Advert Summary**:
We are seeking a highly driven **Project Manager** to lead the successful execution of commercial and industrial solar PV and battery storage projects. This role requires a results-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP Certification will be advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience in managing renewable energy or electrical engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and related project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of projects, strictly aligned with clientrequirements and agreed standards.
- Monitor construction activities in accordance with schedules agreed upon with the client.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between clients, consultants, and other externalstakeholders.
- Ensure the efficient and timely flow of information within the project team and externally.
- Manage all aspects of project safety in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure all projects adhere to governance and compliance frameworks and internal procedures.Identify, analyse, and manage project risks proactively.
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its objectives.
- Develop and track project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Implement strict cost control measures and reporting using JobSys.
- Draft and motivate scope change requests and manage the change control process.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.Coordinate cross-functional disciplines including engineering and procurement to ensure smoothproject execution.
- Collect, verify, and manage documentation from all relevant project disciplines.
