Pharmaceutical Company in Roodepoort is currently looking for project management trainees for full time position.

**Requirements**:

- Communication skills
- Proficient in both written and oral communication
- Working knowledge of MS-Office.
- Grade12

Primary Responsibility:

- Assist in operations and monitoring of project in the state & coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordination of records and its management activities with departmental staff to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of records.
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Compile and analyze data, prepare reports and make recommendations.
- Day to day coordination with department’s officials; may involves in field visits to ensure coordination and effective monitoring of project implementation in the field.
- Plan and organize various activities in terms of periodic data collection, analysis, consolidation and presentation / regional status reporting consolidation.
- Identify bottlenecks if any
- Bring out critical issues and concerns that are and/or may, impede achieving project objective.
- Assist in disposal of departmental queries, call center related activities and project related documentations and communications.
- Work with state government department to gauge and create demand of strategic solutions and fulfil the same..
- Should have a knowledge and experience of service delivery and project execution. Key Skills:

- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management
