**PURPOSE**

To market and sell the Group of companies products in the Industrial sector

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Business Management diploma
- Engineering degree (Preferably Mechanical) advantageous

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Have a technical background selling technical products
- Have sound knowledge of Sales Leadership Skills
- Have sound Valve Product Knowledge
- Understand the SA market & the competitors in the valve industry
- Be able to maintain strong business relationships with Key Accounts
- Be able to achieve a Sales / GP / EBIT budget and target
- Must have good communication and negotiating skills on all levels
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent numerical skills
- Organisational skills
- Leadership qualities
- Good people skills
- Problem solver & Solutions provider
- Experience working in a corporate environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting annual sales T/O budgets
- Meeting annual sales GP Budgets
- Expanding client base
- Up to date knowledge of market and competitor trends and activities (Market Intelligence)
- Submitting timeously accurate Sales reports
- Customer satisfaction and Service
- Contributing and following the ASL (Approved Suppliers List) for the better of the company
- Cost saving - reducing personal operating costs
- Improving Time keeping to increase productivity
