These top producers are seeking a DM to join their growing organization.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- B Degree Building Science/or similar Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ Experience within the **Residential** Property **Development **Industry
- High Energy Levels
- Must have excellent communication skills to communicate at Board and Site Level
- Strong Personality/Character with the desire to succeed
- Willingness to be mentored into Senior Management Role
- Problem Solving/Forward Thinking Ability
- Able to get involved at site level if necessary
- Fully Bilingual (English/Afrikaans)
