Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Gauteng team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure that proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities. Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure including contract and pricing negotiations. Sales Collateral Development : Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral case studies and presentations. Market Insight : Monitor market trends and competitor activities providing actionable insights to the management team. Solution Expertise : Experience selling software data solutions or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in solution selling within software or custom software development. Own reliable vehicle and valid SA drivers license.
