To lead and supervise a team of client desirability analysts in order to ensure they achieve productivity, quality and control targets for Group screening, monitoring and reporting requirements in line with Segment risk appetite

Are you someone who can:
- Drive a compliance risk management programme at a segment level across multiple business units.
- Build sound relationships based on trust and openness.
- Leverage processes, data, and technologies to meet business needs, understand business risk and constantly improve programme maturity.
- Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
- Possess a relevant NQF5-7 qualification, such as banking, law, commerce, or risk.
- Have five to seven years of banking experience, with one to two of those years ideally spent in management.
- Have a solid background in AML, products, and customers, along with good investigative abilities.
- Have a solid background in project management, strategic problem solving, and administration.
- Have strong people skills managing a large, diverse team.
