Product Manager: Monitoring and Control

Compiles technical specifications and operation manuals for M&C equipment packages - Compiles product data sheets, marketing documentation and other sales support literature for M&C equipment - Improves company working capital by optimising M&C equipment stockholding and minimising stock obsolescence - Researches and develops new monitoring and control systems and packages in line with the company’s strategy - Provides technical support to related departments on M&C systems - Manages ImproServ asset performance monitoring workflows and 3rd party SLAs - Works hand in hand with Technology partners, Engineering and Product Management teams to introduce and facilitate M&C systems - Ensures personal safety compliance and manages safety risks in his/her areas of responsibility - Manages workflow for equipment requisitions, approvals and purchases - Conducts site surveys with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure correct specification and installation of M&C equipment - Conducts technical training for Sales team, Field Service Technicians and Customers w.r.t.
