**Minimum Professional Qualifications and Experience**:
Tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ administration experience, in a fast-paced role.
**Key areas of responsibilities**:
Loading payments onto payment systems (Payment Gateway and CIA).
Checking, capturing, and processing invoices using the in-house ERP system.
Daily reconciliation of statements and invoices for transporter payments.
Performing general administration and any other invoicing team-related administrative tasks.
Providing ad hoc support as required.
**Essential skills**:
Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in an admin intensive and detail orientated role.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Planning, organizing and excellent time management skills.
Critical thinker with emotional resilience to overcome obstacles.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Excellent numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Taking ownership of tasks and delegating to team members.
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Proven experience in admistration tasks
Attention to detail

**Desirable skills**:
Experience using an ERP system.
Exposure to the Grains Industry or FMCG.

**General**:
Office based in Techno Park, Stellenbosch.
Reports to the Administration Manager.
Market related base salary + provident and medical aid benefits.
Work model - Monday to Friday with ad hoc flexibility working from home.
Seasonal activities / harvest runs from April to August.
December is financial year end.
