Key areas of responsibilities
Support Trade Execution Co-ordinators.
Loading agent payments on payment system (Payment Gateway).
Checking, capturing and processing invoices.
Checking, capturing and processing contracts and counterparty details.
General administration and any administrative functions required in the Execution department.
Ad hoc support as required.
Minimum professional qualifications and experience
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 /Matric)
At least five years’ working experience
Essential skills
Computer Literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in an admin intensive and detail orientated role.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Desirable skills
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Experience using an ERP system.
General
Reports to the Operations Manager.
Market related base salary + provident and medical aid benefits.
**Hybrid work**: part office/part from home.
Seasonal activities / harvest runs from April to August.
December is financial year end.
