**An opportunity for a newly qualified graduate to support**:
We are recruiting a newly graduated Procurement & Supply Chain Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and logistics. The intern will support daily procurement activities, assist in optimizing supply chain processes, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.

**Requirements**:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement/SCM Intern
- Assist in purchasing and procurement activities, including query resolutions.
- Support supplier management, including evaluating vendor performance and maintaining supplier records.
- Support B-BBBE verification process.
- Facilitate Inter-Branch collaborative processes.
- Conduct market research on suppliers, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and tracking critical sku supplies.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and transportation of goods and related queries.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to procurement performance and supply chain efficiency.
- Support the team in contract negotiations and tender processes.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and supply chain operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP, Oracle) is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
