**Requirements**:

- Keeping the catalogues up to date.
- Keeping track of sales and compiling feedback at the end of the month.
- Keeping track of walk-in client's details and getting information to correct channels to ensure follow-ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping the showroom neat and tidy.
- Assisting the procurement team with managing stock levels.
- Managing printing processes, ensuring that design gets done, codes get loaded and production runs are scheduled.
- Arranging and quoting delivery for clients via courier companies.
- Preparing client orders.
- Taking responsibility for the reconciliation of client payments. This entails checking payments with the accounts department daily, creating NCR's and ensure that credit notes get allocated correctly.
- Sorting out issues arising with orders and deliveries.

**Benefits**:

- Good mathematical skills, since you'll have to assist clients with calculating ratios and product costs.
- Some knowledge of accounting will be beneficial, to assist the accounting department with your client's reconciliation.
- Good client relations management skills to ensure that clients stay happy when issues occur with orders.
