Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Quickly and efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Act as a brand ambassador for Empire Solutions, representing our company in a positive and professional manner
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer interactions, feedback, and trends
