The client is a boutique property offering premium hospitality within a senior living environment. AsFront of House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations across dining, reception, and concierge services—ensuring residents and their visitors enjoy a consistently exceptional, welcoming experience.
Working closely with the General and Operations Managers, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team with a hands-on approach, championing service standards, and supporting team development. From overseeing meal service and concierge functions to ensuring seamless communication across departments, your role is central to creating a vibrant and dignified environment for residents.
This is athree-month fixed-term contract, ideal for an individual who thrives in both structured hospitality environments and community-based care settings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and support FOH & Concierge team leaders and staff
Maintain exceptional resident and visitor service standards
Oversee day-to-day FOH operations, including dining and reception
Coordinate staff rosters, training, and performance reviews
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen teams
Handle resident requests, concerns, and event coordination
Manage POS/PMS systems, stock control, and administrative duties
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, senior living, or service-focused environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing multi-functional teams (F&B, concierge, reception)
Hospitality diploma advantageous
High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation
Valid driver’s license
Proficient in POS/PMS systems and general admin
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Between 1 - 3 Years
