Responsibilities Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service. Manage reservations and seating arrangements. Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and provide information as needed. Respond to and resolve complaints or issues promptly. Ensure the front-of-house area is clean and presentable at all times. Assist in training new front-of-house staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem‑solving skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
