We are looking for a Contract Office Cleaning Manager/Supervisor based in Eastern Cape (P.E, East London & Mthatha).

Cleaning manager will perform various functions, which primarily involves providing supervisory role to ensure effective operational delivery of cleaning services.

Cleaning manager will oversee, train, and inspect the work of assigned to staff, ensuring that all procedures are performed to the standards of the facility.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Managing and motivating a team of cleaning staff
- Conduct stock management of consumables and spares
- Certify that equipment is safe to use and in good working condition
- Oversee all escalations and performance management developments
- Supervise performance of cleaning team
- Collaborate with clients to ensure there are no problems on site
- Have a conversation with clients regarding appointment time, and for the period of cleaning
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and show an example for other employees to emulate
- Make sure all employees follow company standards by constantly coaching and redirecting performance
- Weekly and monthly reporting to clients and Management
- Do site inspections at any given time and report
- Any other reasonable instruction that maybe requested by management from time to time.
