Role Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Cleaning Supervisor
to oversee cleaning and hygiene teams across client sites. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, excellent client communication skills, and a solid background in cleaning services. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cleaning standards, maintaining service delivery, and supervising daily operations.

Key responsiblities

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across designated sites.
  • Ensure cleaning standards and hygiene protocols are consistently maintained.
  • Perform routine site inspections and quality checks.
  • Handle client communication, service feedback, and onsite issues professionally.
  • Train new cleaning staff on procedures, safety, and equipment usage.
  • Oversee work schedules, attendance, and performance.
  • Maintain supply levels, stock control, and equipment condition reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • NQF Level 3 qualification
    (Proof of qualification required)
  • First Aid Certificate
    (Proof must be submitted)
  • 5 years of experience
    in cleaning and hygiene services
  • 3 years of supervisory-level experience
  • Strong communication and client relations skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Ability to work across multiple sites if required
