**Health Window is looking for an experienced PHARMACY SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Gauteng.**

**About us**

Health Window is a medication adherence & disease management company. We focus on overcoming the patient’s obstacles to commence and continue therapy. We offer clients hard-to-replicate levels of patient enrolment and adherence gains. Sales growth follows and patients have better health outcomes.

**THE ISSUE OF NON-ADHERENCE**

According to the World Health Organization, adherence to chronic therapy averages 50% globally meaning that this is a significant, worldwide problem. Poor patient adherence results in sub-optimal disease outcomes, unnecessary and costly hospitalisation, and lost sales to pharmacy and pharma. Whilst the world is researching the problem, Health Window has developed and implemented adherence solutions improving adherence by up to 50%, managing hundreds of thousands of patients with our systems and infrastructure.

**OUR STRATEGY**

Health Window’s touchpoint network include pharma, pharmacy & healthcare providers, a win-win-win strategy for every stakeholder’s benefit. PHARMA - Adherence management ensures that patients are better retained on specific products. Brand specific solutions allow marketers to differentiate their product with REAL world efficacy (not clinical trial environments with 100% controlled compliance). PHARMACY - Adherence management increases footfall in pharmacies which stimulates increased chronic medication sales and front shop purchases. Health Window provides all the tools needed to retain chronic patients at pharmacy level. DOCTORS - By scripting a product that is coupled with adherence management and script renewal services, patients will adhere better to their therapy and, as a result, have improved health outcomes.

ROI should not be guesswork. Through intelligent systems gains are quantifiable in terms of increased dispenses and therefore ROI for clients is an exact number.

**PHARMACY SALES REPRESENTATIVE Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build and develop existing client base
- Build and develop new potential business
- Present, promote and educate clients on services offered
- Complete administrative duties as required
- Sales and/or marketing education would be preferred
- Must have a valid driver's licence
- Must have their own transport to the workplace and to clients
- Available to start as soon as possible

**Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: pharma / pharmacy sales
- Dedication and commitment
- Perseverance and eagerness to learn
- High energy and self confidence
- Computer literacy skills
- Able to travel within Gauteng to see clients.

Package Includes:

- Temporary to Full Time Position (depending on individual’s performance)
- Salary = Market Related
