Our client is seeking Dispensing Doctor Sales Representatives for the following regions:-Free State, Northern Cape and Gauteng South.Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products to dispensing doctors, as well as independent and corporate pharmacies within their region. This role plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s market share by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving revenue growth.Minimum Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, pharmacy, or any related fieldProven success in pharmaceutical sales; experience selling to dispensing doctors and pharmacies is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided for candidates without prior experienceStrong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct engaging presentationsStrong negotiation and sales skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to analyze sales data and market trendsHighly organized, with effective time management skillsAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerValid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within the designated territoryMust have access to a personal vehicle for business travelTravel involves long-distance driving and occasional overnight staysDuties to include:-Sales and Customer EngagementRelationship Building and ManagementMarket IntelligenceReporting and Administrative TasksEducational InitiativesStrategic Planning
