OUR WELL-ESTABLISHED NATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY FIRM, IN BELLVILLE, REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A **PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR**
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric is essential
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience on SAGE VIP Payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Strong attention-to-detail is a prerequisite
- The ability to manage confidential information in a discreet and sensitive manner
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Customer service focused
- Working knowledge of Payspace is advantageous
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administration of numerous Companies’ payrolls
- Administration of all third-party payments
- Calculation and structuring of remuneration packages
- Preparation of information for Department of Employment and Labour inspections
- Annual and Bi-Annual EMP501 reconciliations
- Annual Compensation Commissioner Return of Earnings (W.As8)
- Application for tax directives
- Other Payroll related administration, amongst others: UIF administration; Certificate of Service; Confirmation of Employment; Confirmation of Retrenchment; Letters of Employment
OTHER:
- Valid Driving License and own reliable transport
- Preferably reside in Northern Suburbs
