**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a high-end or service-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to create memorable guest experiences.

**Mandatory Qualification**:

- Matric
- Qualification in Hospitality Management
- Customer Management will be advantageous.

**Customer experience key responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm, professional demeanour.
- Providing excellent and memorable five-star client experiences to all stakeholders.
- Ability to create an environment where clients feel valued and maintain a polished and inviting reception area.
- Manage high paced front desk operations, including building access and switchboard operations.
- Collaborate with other departments and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Must be able to de-escalate irate clients and resolve guest issues promptly and effectively, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Support the wider team with additional tasks as needed.

**Operational key responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth upon arrival at the building and Client Meeting Centre.
- Provide clear directions and, when necessary, personally escort guests to their destinations within the premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure guest requests are actioned swiftly.
- Manage visitor access through electronic access systems, ensuring secure and efficient entry procedures as per security approved processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all individuals granted access, in line with building protocols and compliance standards.
- Support event coordination or conference setups by managing guest lists, assisting with coordination, and directing attendees.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are always presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
- Collaborate with facilities management to oversee the upkeep of work areas, building, meeting rooms and reception spaces including décor, plants, displays, and publications, ensuring they are presentable and up to date.
- Monitor and follow up on facilities Helpdesk logged calls escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
- Provide support across other service areas as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house and overall guest experience.
- Assist with mail handling and other services provided in the building.
- Provide guests with information about local attractions, transport options, and on-site services.
- Maintain stock of front desk supplies, marketing materials, and guest amenities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as required.
- Manage lost and found items with discretion and proper documentation.
