Brand Manager: Hair, Wig

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for the brand’s marketing initiatives
- Assist with developing and implementing the brand’s communication strategy via all digital channels
- Assist with the preparation of the planning calendar & ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Own the execution of the brand’s social media channels
- Develop monthly/ seasonal marketing campaigns and ensure these are effectively executed
- Manage the brand’s content manager & graphic designer
- Manage the relationship between the brand and outsourced marketing functions e.g., PR firms, Digital agencies
- Collaborate with the business’s sales and customer service team to identify improvement areas
- Assist with managing the marketing budget
- Stay current on market trends, events, and competitors
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Build strong relationships with influencers within the brand’s extended network as well as other influencers that fit the brand
- Develop new brand partner relationships
- Reports directly to the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Industry relevant tertiary marketing qualification/Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Brand Manager
- Integrated/Classical Marketing experience/background
- Experience in personal care, skincare, beauty, luxury, (omni-channel Brand Management) - an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
- Experience in briefing of advertising agencies and digital agencies
- Action and results orientated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Embrace big picture objectives whilst being detailed orientated
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Able to work on-site, in-office.
