We are growing fast and are looking for an experienced social media manager to take **ownership** of our social media function in terms of **content creation, posting, community management, working with influencers, exploring new brand partnerships as well as assisting in ad creation for social media platforms.**
You will report directly to the CEO and Marketing Manager in this position.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Full ownership and responsibility for executing the brand's social media and digital strategy
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence, increasing followers and engagement rates
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Utilize paid social media advertising to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website
- Arrange content for website purposes (e.g. static product images, model shoots & videos)
- Liaise with influencers, arrange product drops & meet influencers at our branches to assist with content creation and managing relationships
- Establish new partnership opportunities with other brands
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments across the various social media channels as well as stay informed on platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategies as needed.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports
