As the **Accounts Payable Supervisor**, you will take responsibility for supervising the Accounts Payable team and ensuring that all invoices and credit notes received are processed for payment accurately, timeously and in line with policies and procedures.

Duties include:

- Supervising the accounts payable team (allocating supplier accounts, mentoring, guiding, resolving queries, ensuring accuracy of documentation posted, ensuring process and procedures are followed, etc.)
- Processing supplier invoices, credit notes, approved claims and allocating payments.
- Reconciling supplier ledger and sorting out any discrepancies.
- Generating financial reports.
- Maintain financial records.
You will need **grade 12** and a relevant certificate in **Degree in finance** with at least 5 years’ experience in a **Creditors**/**Accounts Payable **role. It is essential that you have worked in supervisory position and have a solid understanding of **bookkeeping**, **variance analysis** and **accounting principles**.
