- Application of Change Management Principles in IT
- Define and track measures of success
- Experience in managing complex IT change and analytics platform (SAP)
- Stakeholder management skills, senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders experience
- Project Management skills and effective management of system transitioning
- Experience in managing the change execution plan
- Preferably retail experience

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing the change execution plan
- Preferably retail experience
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5 years’ experience in IT Change Management

**Job Type**: Temporary
