Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an opportunity available for a Senior Manager: Customer Acquisition to be based in the Johannesburg area.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related degree.
- Appropriate Master’s degree will be an advantage
- 8+ years as a Senior Manager in customer acquisitions
- 8+ years in risk, compliance and risk management
- Solid understanding of systems and digitating of credit vetting and customer acquisition
- Excellent Understanding of Fraud Management particularly within Telcos and knowledge of best practice
- Knowledge of the regulatory and legislative requirements

KPAs:

- Define the customer service operational strategy for billing and collection management in alignment with the organisation’s objectives and requirements
- Oversee the system-enabled customer vetting process to ensure optimal customer acquisitions and appropriate risk management
- Oversee the system-enabled customer credit decisioning process to mitigate risk
- Monitor the customer vetting journey to ensure its effective adoption and stabilisation across the business
- Manage and effectively control key projects and initiatives within the unit
- Forecast, plan, and review the business unit budget in line with the overall department
- Formulate effective methods and standards to deliver departmental strategy
- People management
