**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is a part of the board area of SAP’s Office of the CEO (OCEO), and reports to SAP CEO Christian Klein as well as the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity. OEC focuses on helping SAP to ‘Win the Right Way’ by providing the guidance and training that enables employees to reject bribery and corruption. OEC helps to protect SAP’s business by mitigating the risks of non-compliance, and this includes investigating all instances of potential or suspected non-compliance that are considered substantial and criminal in nature.

Group Chief Compliance Officer and Head of OEC, Vivianne Gordon-Pullar, reports directly to SAP CEO. The role (Senior) Internal Investigations Specialist will report to the Head of Internal Investigations EMEA&MEE. The (Senior) Internal Investigations Specialist will actively work towards ensuring operational excellence, e. g. Senior Management reporting, process improvements, and strive for quality concerning internal investigations in the area of but not limited to fraud, bribery, corruption, side letters etc and will work closely with the Head of Internal Investigations EMEA&MEE and the Regional Compliance Officers - Investigations and Field Compliance.

**EDUCTION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree from business or law school or related field
- Highly structured work approach, quick comprehension, ability to understand highly complex topics and interdependencies
- Business experience and understanding of SAP’s strategy
- Analytical, communication skills and networking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Open, friendly, creative personality with service-oriented professional attitude
- **EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Conduct investigations in the region EMEA&MEE with focus on Africa
- Liaise and effectively collaborate with the OEC team and SAP stakeholders
- Prepare and present information to management at internal and external meetings
- Resolve issues of complexity and across teams
- Develop collaborative work relationships within the whole SAP group, OEC and across board areas and functions
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Knowledge and expertise in investigations or the legal or audit field
- First work experience in relevant position or areas desired
- 3-5 years in a relevant function in internal investigations, Legal or Finance
- Very good understanding of SAP´s strategy, the different Lines of Business at SAP and OEC concepts
- Investigations expertise and experience in the area of fraud and corruption
- English language skills on a business level
- CFE certification a Plus
